Not seen such a fashion,even on the nexus there.There is a mod that allows you to apply a rune word for all types of armor.

there was also a mod on the nexus, where the deletion of the runes, their effects remained and thus periodise runes could at least all there stuff, was it removed or something?

Steel sword (optional) - on balance, arson, disturbance
Armor - the shield against arrows
Gloves, pants, boots - without a break, life
