Look in the saves. Maybe there is a patch in which everything is assembled but nothing passed

on the other hand look at the weapon options you need, there area written. Go to the area find reconnaissance data(so it would seem is called) and on the map should be written where it is. Same with weapons modifications

Licensed in the pause menu there is a section of the store, there are very rich can buy all the weapons, all the guns and all the optics, then you will start the game immediately with all open arms, but I doubt that someone did that, why pay extra 1000 - 1500, if all the weapons you can on the game to open free of charge, as advised by the guys above, just look under the saves, maybe someone did and the saves there are.

If you are registered on the nexus, you can download from there save to 18m level HS and all open arms and a map (without touching the plot and side missions). Called just - GR Wildlands Savegame. There are only 4 files on the whole gaming section, can't go wrong.
All the weapons you basically can't open. But how? There are plenty of weapons that only sold for real, and falls from luchboxes. If the donation Outbox, it drops 3 things, if the free-nerd, for prestige, then some sort of 1 thing, and not the fact that even weapons. In total the game has more than 400 items, and that would open all the weapons and vehicles need to pay a fee just a hell amount of money...Very disappointing to see in the game for vulpis not open, in fact, things...
