The problem with tessellation of the landscape (No Man's Sky)

If you have enabled tessellation landscape (no matter what level: low, mid, high, ultra - tested at all), each time at the time of use of the landscape of the manipulator surface texture newly updated/drawn/rendered (to be precise: it happens at a time when formed a hole in the surface). Well, if to fire continuously is a kind of strobe light (measured the new hole→updated textures). The disadvantage of algorithm?...or my PECs can not cope? Is there a solution?

Yes, You are right, the video is fine, no glitches. But, I can not argue, in my opinion the video tessellation disabled. And, perhaps, the stream from the build in which it is not already there, in principle. It would be nice, so to say, for the purity of experimentation, to know the version build of the streamer, Your version.
