Lags and drop of fps on the vindus 10

Installed all driver drivers on Mat Board and started to play and noticed that the games started friezes and drop fps turned off this game mode and everything connected with it, the problem is not gone read on the Internet that you need to turn off same problem is not gone + started to notice when working with a PC or surf the Internet skips freezes what is the problem help solve please?!
CPU FX6300(Stock)
Video card RX560 4G
Windows 10 Home
8 GB RAM
PSU IS 400 WAT
(on the other Windows it was not fps was stable)
vindus bought at CSN

Either do not play or remove the Mat cost

It's either the hard drive or no hard drive

What do you mean runoff? He's got turbo mode enabled on 3.9 or 4.1 GHz(if the tests look) across all cores,and stable. His 39.5 x multiplier - this suggests that it is not for a Drain.
