Need advice!

Has this system.
Ryzen 5 1400+MSI B350M PRO-VDH+2x4GB DDR4 2400 Samsung
The memory is running at 2666 with 14-16-16-16-34. Percent works on 3.8 at 1.275, not heated above 55 degrees c xSilence A402
Offer exchange on i5-2500k + asus p8z68 v-lx + memory 8*2 1333
Worth a change or not?

No. New hardware under warranty, where 1400 is more powerful SMT and about 25% against the 2500, so-so exchange. All this set on the i5 in the best case is 3500 + 2500 + 5 000 a total of 10-11 thousand worth. Your expensive, though slightly.
This i5 for about 7 years now, the system is in operation, and even overclocking, no warranties. I would be collecting junk is not. Although, if is to put a i5 3770, then Yes (price of 8-9 thousand). You have RAM enough, even to overclock to 3000, but instead of 1400 - 2600 Riesen to put. In General, there is room to grow here and there. And on the new approach Zen 2, by the way. So, new better, more promising, and now 6 cores in fashion, and all this junk, where rusty is nowhere fast in price merge, and most likely in the office leave.
