If you manually put mods that need INIконфиг rule,if you did or put through NMM it may not comply with the requirements for modifications.

When some modifications Skyrim just would not start and crashes error. Had to delete directly from the root folder.

You have Skyrim Special Edition or Skyrim Legendary Edition?And tell me what version of Skyrim you have downloaded the mod.
Special Edition is very different from the Legendary Edition,so texture mods for Legendary Edition will never work on the Special Edition and exactly the same texture mods for the Special Edition won't work in Legendary Edition (Legendary Edition of Skyrim with all the usual additions, Special Edition reissue of normal Skyrim with all the add-ons with improved graphics)
