Twinkle Lara and Other characters! (Shadow of the Tomb Raider)

Guys anybody with such did not face? The main character and all the characters in the game flicker, eyes are not good, take a look at the screenshot of Lara in black spots on the costume and these spots continue to run on it! Settings changed for every and all high and all medium and lowest set - no change.
the parameters of the comp:
CPU AMD FX-6100 6 cores
Motherboard ASUS M5A97 PLUS
Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz
ssd 256GB
The Palit GeForce GTX 580 783Mhz PCI-E 2.0 3072Mb 4020Mhz 384 bit

3Dmigoto to unzip into the folder game, there unpacked ShaderFixes, to run the game.

I just had another folder to remove. It worked, the artifacts are gone.

Something the game crash after this fix, 8-(
upd.: disabled hunting mode in d3dx.ini it worked, the artifacts are gone.

In d3dx.ini, disable Hunting mode:

3Dmigoto unpacked it into the game folder and unpacked everything from the ShaderFixes archive, it did not help. Only green inscriptions appeared above and below,
maybe I did something wrong
