Try to load previous save if stupidly caught the bug, you will help. You can also try to enable God mode (~tgm) - if you start to run and jump, you're probably just really heavy armor for your level wearing))

But if CAPS LOCK is needed (for whatever reason), then you can minimize the game (to switch to the desktop, to toggle CAPS LOCK in the desired state and to switch back to the game window.
