Looking for a program to display the models \"BGO\".

Game called Crime Life Gang Wars were made somewhere 14 years ago, so I hope that for a time found a program that would open the game files. The files go to the name BGO.

What is it? The game was crappy, even for that time, and the probability that it some tools that will make equal to conditional zero.

The only option I see is using 3DX Ripper to capture 3D objects and then export to 3DS Max.
