Not working buffer (Mortal Kombat X)

Trying to do long combos on the Scorpio.. well at least the beginning. Make a harpoon, 214, teleport... in the end you get either the harpoon or the harpoon +2... in the training mode looking for prostymi keys all clearly push... angry already. Can the secret of what is??? Tried to proimote differently. And once all together. And with a pause after the harpoon, and with a pause between combos and special reception... the maximum that more or less turns it 214+teleport+uppercut and then 2 of 5
