To resolve this problem, perform the following steps:

1) Try temporarily uninstalling programs that can affect Your network, if You have them.

2) Reboot the router (power off for 15 minutes and then re-enable).


3) Reset the router as follows:

In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt (or cmd.exe), click the right mouse button (or press and hold) the Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.

In the command prompt, run in the specified order following command, and then check whether it had helped solve the connection problem:

- Type netsh winsock reset and press ENTER.
- Type netsh int ip reset and press ENTER.
- Type ipconfig /release and press ENTER.

- Enter ipconfig /flushdns and press ENTER.
