STALKER, the Winds of time 1.3 configs (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat)
It is impossible to edit configs in the other mod it works,then open with Notepad,change the rate of flow of time,save when you start the game gives an error,if return the default number still gives an error,but only a backup of the file.
I understand this file should be in some certain format to save.

To txt and save,by default,I was just confused that in the end, the Notepad does not understand the encoding that is possible in this case

The file format is txt. We need to see to his full name with the extension was configs.db.
