Flickering textures in Just cause 4

I really want to play Just Cause 4. But the flickering of the ground textures freak me out. Card GTS 450. All pulls except this game. CPU - I-3100. Nothing helps: not reinstalling drivers,installing characterstic to a minimum. Can throw video.
