Unknown orange downhill/hatch. Who knows? (The Binding of Isaac)

The descent appeared in the boss's room on the floor of Delirium. It does not jump, as it is located outside the room. Prior to this, used a shovel, but in a completely different room, maybe it had something to do. Maybe someone has seen this or knows what it is? Just a bug?
