The problem is solved by deleting all mergedfiles in the program folder and the mods folder, the merger will have to do a new one, some mods incompatible and merging not help...do alternate start the game with each new mod that would understand how to throw or to leave or go through the options in the merger when the merger

solved the problem with replacing the file ingameMenu.ws the original

select all mods on the right side, click Delete Selected Merge, then all drained as usual
