In task Manager shows the process GTA5.exe? If appears and disappears, or sloppy set, it will check the cache.
Or you have little memory, therefore the process runs understands that a little and closes.
As correctly pointed out Mr. Essex, write your PC configuration.

I CHANGED THE PAGING FILE ACCORDING TO THE SYSTEM OPTION AND WORKED!!!!!
