Magic Midas (Vendor version) (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hi all. Guys, please tell me the latest version of Midas Magic Vendor (Spells you can buy in Riverwood and the College of Winterhold)
Want to go out and buy the books needed. Not want to hemorrhoids with the reactors.
If anyone knows where I can find this mod (In Russian)
Can't find it. Either English or only the version with the reactors.
