Frieze starts after 20-25 minutes of the game (Grand Theft Auto 5)
After 20-25 minutes of the game it was very freesite. Hangs on 5 seconds, then stops for 3 seconds and then loop. During this process, the Frisians lag not only during games but also during a pause (licensed version) it Happened at the end of six months, before that everything worked (the same details). Tried on the 7, 10 Windows, no difference. Now write the characteristic of the computer:Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP43T-S3L
CPU: QuadCore Intel Xeon E5450, 3233 MHz (9 x 359)
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (1GB)
RAM: x2 4GB Corsair Vengeance CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 DDR3-1333 (667 MHz)
I hope that was not written in vain.
XS, I have the same symptoms was when the system was only 4gb of memory.
Try to include monitoring during a game, maybe the CPU frequency resets or memory clogged?
Hard disk smart? The system is optimized? It is suspected the swap file, and background processes.
Associated with the swap file, had the same problem with 8GB of RAM.
Solved by increasing the amount of RAM, switching to SSD (game on SSD don't need to transfer).
The paging file is enabled, otherwise the game will just crash.

Nonsense! With enough RAM, the game crash when you disabled the paging file, not (At least, that is what GTA 5).
Tested more than once. And for me personally, in the presence of 12gb operatives.

Well, OK, the expert. Apparently you don't distinguish between 8 and 12GB.
If 8 RAM, to leave a paging file of at least 2GB, then all the rules will be, except microflow (here individually).
Otherwise it will appear the message about lack of memory, and eventually the game will be closed forcibly.

Daaaaaa???
I, the message in my eyes, life with game seen.
And we are talking about sufficient quantity of RAM.
Essexplay
I'm actually indifferent about what you saw and what not.
You called my post BS, citing the example of another possible cause.
What you have not experienced this does not mean that it is not.
NoMercy_LilKids
Indifferent! You question the claim read? There is no word about the cessation of the application of GTA 5 due to the lack of RAM.
So that the problem of lack of memory - this is your case and its solution on the surface.
And you yourself wrote that we need to increase the RAM. BUT! only a swap file with a large amount of memory is NOT NEEDED!

It is Microsoft :)
Oh My God! How old is the game, but problems all the same ))
Passed the game 2 times: on a weak laptop and new PC. For the first time, too, faced many challenges and tried a bunch of methods for optimization the GTA, made the manual on this topic, it seems even here it somewhere posted... the Conclusion is often a (but not the fact): get a decent gaming PC and you will be happy :)
Topic: Where is the vehicle? He has probably solved the problem?)
Read the key phrase: it Happened after six months to see how it worked (the same details)!
So, if there were any changes in the settings of the computer or game (half a year, everything is possible ;-)) - it is likely a problem in gland...

Like in the graphics settings, at the bottom or so) I can't remember Exactly
