Gifts for pre-order new Chapter (The Elder Scrolls Online)

Hi all. The day before yesterday did pre-order the complete edition a new Chapter (Elsweyr Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade). Of the gifts received only konyashki, no scrolls experience, no costume, nothing else was given...
