The bug with the wheels (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Well here then, with shoal patches developers, send them a detailed bug report, describe the problem, they will require skins and logo this(file errors), the logo is usually in the folder where the save game.

What are your graphics settings? I think it does, run the game from Direct or OpenGL?

Run the game using OpenGL and that shit was gone, but in the OpenGL menu of the game opens in a dark color. Tried to update DirectX but I already installed the latest version. Probably a problem in DirectX, how to fix it?
