Overloaded the processor (Kingdom Two Crowns)

When I start the game(steam version only) the laptop shows CPU 100% legit and gpu 100%, all fiercely lag. Installed it on another PC - like all the rules. Does anyone know how to fix it ? With other games this is not observed.

check for viruses, check what is loading in task Manager, plus if nvidia download utility nVTDisabler_0, it will turn off tracking from nvidia is 100 infa, also in task Manager, shut down unnecessary services and startup leave what you need.
