Removal points (perks) neotragini (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hi all. The thing is...I pumped all the constellations in the mind but the mind, and mod Resident relaxed. That's a lot of perks that I don't need to pump, you do not want and generally they will break my build. And over the constellations hanging in the window nepomucene points number 15. How to remove them, but then sometimes POPs up an alert type you have no points spent. In short, perfectionism :D How to remove these extra points hanging, disturbing??
