Problems running. (Kenshi)

Downloaded the game but it doesn't start,giving the message that my system does not support DirectX11, though my iron quite a work on DirectX12(For stuffing too, all quite a Acer Predator Helios 300 with 6 videos and 12 operatives).Tell me how can I solve this problem please.

1st what is your Windows?
2nd update firewood or take firewood with Display Driver Uninstaller and install the new version of wood
3rd litsuha or pirates?
4th if your laptop 2nd some intel hd graphics and nvidia what are you letting in?
