What is not liked in the game? (Legends of Eisenwald)

I'll try to list offhand that I personally disliked.
The worst: during battle enemies surrender or run away. (In the first case, the enemy deprives you of the experience, the second can carry rare gear. Not to mention surrendering just those who have caused the most harm to the unit, and who certainly would like to destroy.)
The inability to control the development of soldiers in castles, towers and other buildings. Just gape, Esquire, and instead get a useless duelist and Archer brake crossbowman.
The inability to storm the main castles of Fichtenau, Red wolves, and of the Diocese. (That enemies see in the dark and too strong; then the archers are fighters with two-handed weapons; the game just falls out.)
Incredibly useless duelists: they are good only on the second map against light armored enemies, and the heavy armor of the knights only a scratch; and experience on the development of need a lot.
Completely incomprehensible restriction of a fighter with two-handed sword: he gets less experience than the same hero in the same battle with a regular sword.
The inability to move on to the next card at least a couple of items in addition to the unique and equipped with many rare items and weapons can only be used on one card.

I have this problem only at low levels of difficulty were. Should take fewer people if there are problems.

How do I freeze can't move the things and the squad on another card ,I inject on the fifth map, perfect party , BUT NO , thought I let of 11 characters allow it to shift only two , instead of 10 will give 1 000 000 , instead of just a bunch of useful gear that I have collected leave a handful of unicalc - for these, I would personally spit in the face to the developer responsible for these decisions , they just killed the entire manchkinsky pleasure from the game.
As well that I won't buy it - I'd never forgive myself if I personally have paid so mediocre , it is not clipping the chip to RPG developers.

Evil and smart AI is a definite plus. With the two-handed sword just a lot of bugs. From escaping captivity and I have one small mod, but it has several fatal flaws yet. For equipment I have an effective mod, but there is dependence on the randomness. And to storm castles in Windfeld there is a map there to start with Windfeld, but you can capture the main castles and the game will not fall.
