Fly graphics settings (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Change the settings in the manual and via the geforce exp. When you enter the game settings are the minimum with 800x600 resolution. I tried uncheck read only from the GTA V folder in documents, but the check mark is not removed and the settings still slipping, and tried to change the settings via the settings file, but to no avail, what do I do?
