I thought schA will install all minimal put and then the op settings at least no lag.

Masterpiece game.Localization on Russian is ,the optimization is great,possibilities the sea ,the barrier to entry for newcomers are high.

Well for a start, try Crusader Kings II or Victoria II. If figured out the controls,liked the game and you are healed then try something from the line of Europa Universalis.In General,as mentioned above, the Stellaris will be easier than other games from paradox
