Low fps! (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

here is my iron:intel core i-7 2630QM 2.90 ghz
8gb ram
nvidia quadro 1000m (notebook ) 2gb vram support directx 11
windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

fps sags to 25-19 fps although I think there should be more! maybe there are options how to increase fps!

but damn sistemih provided 256 MB RAM and I have 2GB on this gland the most 3 on medium settings 50 60 fps is coming!

The video is clearly not a game. I have a laptop and there is 960 m with 2GB, but in fact performance as the 760. 1000 game there are none, minimum 1030 and 1080. All graphics cards with the letter M, will stump. You have not clear the card, duck, even 1000m, candy.
