Sync with Xbox live (Forza Horizon 4)

There was an unpleasant situation - reinstalled Windows, put the game and at the entrance were offered 2 options of sync - don't know why, but chose from the computer...and it was a mistake from the beginning - nothing unlocked, not bought, not passed, etc.
And Xbox Live the whole progress is displayed... And of course the question is - how to restore progress in the game, not to start over - sorry to lose a big garage, a lot of achivami sweat and blood?? May be someone faced with similar??
