Far Cry: Primal tightly hangs during the game (Far Cry: Primal)

RAM - 24Гб.
The temperature of the CPU and GPU measured, and put a bunch of coolers to replace the thermal grease, so that's not the problem.
In the event viewer on each hang-up comes out this error:
Happened corrected hardware error.

Error type: Unknown error

Tried a bunch of Repack, drivers all fresh. HD textures off, quality settings normal.
Please help, was tired already to fight with the game x_x

Judging from the inventory and tried to Repack - the problem here is obviously the hardware that you die or pull off some kind of element iron

SeventhBreath rights but a LOT of the cooler sounds suspicious first learn the parameters of the power supply ,then how many cores are involved .Clean the contacts of the video card(what year) .The fact that obsolete hardware for more than 2 years ,the driver can not go(the newest) .
