Middle Earth Shadow of War (Warframe)

There is a problem in the game Middle Earth Shadow of War played about 12 hours and everything was fine but when taking the next quest hangs on a black screen hear music and if you look at despicere task it stupidly is not responding (I have a pirate)could be because of this
if who faced this problem help to solve
