Controller from PS3 to PC (Mortal Kombat X)

Bought MK for PC , plugged the controller on the PS3 set it up via x360ce , it works but when you press a certain combination of buttons to open the magnifier , the same problem in injustice and in fifa19 but this is not fifa and pirates at mk and injustice play through steam , can someone tell me how to solve this problem ???
