Low fps and normal PC literate people help (Total War: Warhammer 2)

Guys I don't know what on the low settings the bench in the game seems 25/c off everything!

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 release and I have 50 fps on low which is not like these games ?

all sorted out in the BIOS has disabled C1E which type of energy saving, and immediately jumped to 45, then I was told that the percents 1333 is small and dispersed with the factory 1600 to 1800+ fps and 65 was, moreover, stood 1333 by default
