DEV ERROR 6164 (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

I downloaded the game and once started it runs for 5 seconds and crashes with the error 6164. I ran 10 times. checked file integrity. the same. here is a screen. Then I reinstalled the game and this error arose, but during the game constantly freezes the game, and I can't altantica or what to do to come to restart the PC using the off button.
