The problem with FPS (Assassin's Creed 3)
Faced with such a problem, in General, here is my iron:Processor - Intel Core i5-4460
Graphics card - AMD Radeon R9 270x
Memory - 4 GB
Windows - Windows 10
Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-Z97-HD3
In the game, if I look at a lot of particles, such as houses, people, boxes all on one screen, the fps drops to 25-30, if you look at, let's say to water from the ships lying in the port, then a stable 60. The system I like to play powerful 12, and the Witcher 3 on medium-high settings stable 60, in Novigrad and no lag. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?

From the constantly galloping load on the graphics card, it is not clear how it is loaded - whether to the maximum, or partially. In the cities of CPU is more loaded, I have in Boston almost all streams were used, despite the fact that the game 2012.

If I put 960GTX, the game will fly by plane.
I wonder why this FPS video is higher in FHD than your 1600s900?

Yubi in the Assassins are not friends with AMD cards.
The Assassin's Creed Valhalla with this complete order.
Spoiler
And the remastered for the RX 580 is going great.

Ironically on the RX 5500 XT incomplete.

Do you want to buy it a second time?

GP frequencies are different and smoothing is set at different values.

Now I have revised everything smoothly as much as Youtube allows.
Do you have this mode on?

On the video test on maximum settings, I can not necessarily play on them and most often smooth off the first.
... card to disperse?
There is already a small "factory" acceleration from the manufacturer. I don't drive iron - it's more important for me to live longer, rather than increase performance by "screwing it up."

1) I have a game installed on the NVMe drive (300GB of free space)
2) The game is bought in Uplay
3) The game profile shows 14 ms
I have a monitor with FreeSync and image breaks in a priori can not be, it looks like you have a problem with video playback.

You don't have that in all the videos.
Spoiler
Most likely, because of the built-in prog from AMD for monitoring.

You don't have a frame on the video, so you'll know what the picture is tearing up from.

And what if you do not touch, and the core of the card raised to 100-200Mhz?
Denis Kyokushin
No, I'm playing the keyboards. On the gamepad only in fighting games I play.
The first test did with The FreeSync off, the second with the switched on.

He must have a sensitive mouse.
Yes.
Spoiler
Now I will be more attentive, more to reduce the sensitivity of the mouse.

I reviewed his video twice - once in the browser (Firefox 83.0), then downloaded it on the comp and revised it in the player (MPC-HC from K-Lite Codec Pack 15.9.0). "Breaks" did not notice, the only thing that caught my eye - the camera turns jerks, but it is rather from the unmelt movement of the mouse.
... Here are two views with the same iron and in the same game...
On these videos, too, there is nothing special - just the camera spins jerks. He probably has a sensitive mouse, and when he rotates the camera, he moves it in small "steps."
... what's wrong if you don't touch it, and the core of the card has raised to 100-200Mhz?
Then there was the power supply of 2010 purchases, 500 w, not the best quality. Was it worth the risk?
... You also have a 60 k/s lock...
120 k/s - if you look closely, you can see the video and screen in the menu.
Spoiler
Put such a restriction because of this BP - at high frame, it was heard squeaking throttles. After replacing it increased to 300 k/s, I'll have enough for now.
Spoiler
By the way, as the owner of the relatively new Radeon, can you show if such a setup in modern AMD drivers?
Spoiler
It's a type of color-saturated, just used for a long time (when there was still Catalyst Control Center), already forgot ... :(

In the video and screenshots of the difference will not be seen - the capture comes from the game itself, without taking into account the display on the monitor. Only the capture of an external device (smartphone, photo, etc.) will show the difference.
The most visible differences after the movement of sliders, especially interested in "Saturation"? - should be visible on the desktop. When at a minimum - the image becomes black and white. If it doesn't change, it's not that slider.
