I have frieze on all settings. RTX 2080A lot one.
I run for the first time - took the agreement out. Went again ccompiler shaders - departed. Went again - loaded the game finally freezes constant and long.
Just changed the settings - nothing has changed. Reached the first appearance of Marcus - the computer hangs tightly.

In General got rid of his friezes in the following way - plug in a gamepad. All.
This prisila when moving the mouse every 3...5 seconds. Hooked boksovskie gamepad freezes are gone.
Confirm with a gamepad H360 in 4K resolution everything is going smoothly with no freezes at 60 frames

When first launched the game why is that the default settings were though UHD monitor I have and FHD. 30 percent of the game has passed and only then noticed in the settings and 3840x2160 downgraded to 1080p
