With RTX's just they are even better.
In General, reflections in games has always been, and no one said that without the rays they will not.

In General terms, this ray tracing in real time from different sources then there are reflections and shadows, diffused and direct lighting, etc. will Ship impossible, because NVIDIA few of the kernels put RT in the first generation vidyahu. Actually, already wrote, today is a pseudo-HDR for the poor in the long run. In the presence of HDR much sense at the moment.

HDR can be, do not know should ask those who have HDR monitors. I RGBE monitor, it's settings is not affected at all. If the signal is present HDR, it shows.

Static only HDR10.
Dolbyvision and new HDR10+ is dynamic. Andromeda by the way supports Dolbyvision.
Rays is another and HDR has nothing to do.
