No. Reinstallation will not help. This is a connection error with the server. Many such, even there is a separate issue for this bug on the forum EA. And most importantly complaints all of Russia. Sometimes connects, but very rarely, for multiplayer, it is critical. So that either through VPN or some if directly, not through a router cable connect. Not tried it myself because not an option.

His message was not about your problem, and about the error 721, which is almost every domestic player and he probably would have seen you, zapustas you game.
