Lost dead satellites (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

In General. On location at Fort Stag I fell down two tanks. Type died and they can only resurrect scrolls. I followed them, but because it was slow in the beginning, I did not have time for the timer to pass the quest about the seizure of the Stolen lands. Well, went on the quest thinking that they can easily raise them later. But there it was. The fortress of the Stag became our capital, and the bodies of companions just disappeared. Going to any Loka dead icons simply point to the edge of the map, like on the way out. To find them can not. I've been wondering, they are all lost and should I be looking for something new, or to be loaded in the save, and somehow contrive to not lose them?
