Tip for beginners! (Battle Chasers: Nightwar)

Anyone who will be a game for the first time, I advise you to do the following:

I work out so I chose Harrison, Monica and Robot of them came out uber party killing everyone and everything with crits in the first round. And in New Game +, I'd like to play for the rest of the characters (gally, Alumina and the Old man) - but leaves a dull party for NG+.

So I suggest first to play the game for Galli, Alumina and the old Man. Then each of them level 30, take and pump the remaining 3 heroes. If two people in the group have the maximum level (30), the third character gets all the experience yourself. Therefore, the airships will all be pumped (or last even) and go to play NG+.

In NG+ resets all the progress and things except:
Are all of the talents, talent points, open all the skills (if they were open in the first passage), and a subject which shows what is in the next room Dana (Monocle).
