Rebuilding mods. (Banished)

Found a few favorite mods but they conflict with each other. Tried to unpack the mods with BanishedKit_1.0.7.170910, but decompressed with the standard files. How can I unpack a mod that would resolve the conflict and then create your Assembly mods?
