Does not start Fifa 16 MWM Selector (FIFA 16)

Have installed the latest MW 19.0 AIO until 28.04. Did regeneration via CM 16. But,going in the menu a new FIFA dedicated to 2018 world Cup, but the compositions, the shapes, all the old, as in the season 15-16. And trying to go to Fifa 16 MWM Selector, it will only run in the background. Help fraternally. P. S. compatibility Settings tried everything
