The problem (The Binding of Isaac)
When you kill the boss Mom [mama]Just starting animation and throws in the main menu
And yet there was this thing ( check photos)
After it all started

This icon indicates that you will not earn achievements during the race (not at all).
It appears in the following cases:
1) You started the race with led.
2) You enabled the cheats from the game menu (almost the same as the led).
3) You are testing (in this case, after passing the test you will only get the achievement for it).
4) you Have enabled mods but not defeated mom's Heart (which seems more likely in this case). After the victory on this boss you will be able to play with mods and still get all the achievements.
