Text file game find and check in the properties tick read only.
C:\Users\*****\Saved Games\Arkane Studios\Prey
C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonPrey\USER
Either in the pack with the game,I don't know where it is shorter on the pirates,the search can be found.

You want to move\index folder, those Saved games to another place without Russian letters
