Too bright lights (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Who understands setting up visualsettings.dat in GTA 5, tell me which option they need to reduce that to make light of the street lights the night darker? And then installed the ENB ,and there are very bright lights at night.Another headlamp dazzled, but they seem to be corrected.And even the instrument panel on some machines is very bright, that it would be too dim.
