Where to find a dog companion? (ATOM RPG)

A chance meeting with the movement on the map. Personally I have 2 times got it right in the beginning of the game when moving up from a very fulfilling and side of the Hopper 317.

Pouring a little in the Survival chances to meet the location with the dog (and stuff-interesting) will increase.

I met a little later. Already had 2 partner's and hunting rifles. Went overboard and rescued a dog owner and she me go. So

I met a dog walking between locations abandoned factory Maiden Creek and Drunk den))) As wrote above, the dog owner should die, his body take the collar and the dog to become a companion))
