Help! (Counter-Strike)

Such a problem that when I go to any server, for example CSDM 228. Connect to TOP! Or Entrance only with 18+ or even Zombie server begins to load, help, what to do? THE COP TRIED TO REINSTALL!

Assembly of some kind? Somewhere in the folder the script is triggered on the connection server, try a search

I have steam version. And before you open cs 1.6, it's just a black Half-Life launcher. Click Yes. Then when I go to cs 1.6, I rush to the server.
