Lag sound (This Is the Police 2)

In animated videos, the sound is constantly interrupted, the movie itself seems to go fine. In the cutscenes with the usual images all the rules. What to do?

well, if the wood look kind of graphics card, but if the codecs then look for K-lite codec pack I use on the Internet look for the latest version
