Talking armor (GEKK) (Fallout: New Vegas)

The people help to create a talking armor tried to remake the stealth armor mark 2 (from big mountain) but she does not speak or rather speaks only when it is removed. Help I really want that elite police armor spoke.

Need to make a separate quest type quest for stealth armor. In Hecke seek NVDLC03AuralStealthSuitQUEST, copy of the script and change the police under the armor.
