No picture in the STORY (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Everything works and is portrayed perfectly, menu, online, mode, settings, downloads..... in General, everything is fine. BUT as soon as I go into the plot, is download, the image disappears, the menu is visible only the cursor. And the sound is the game is running, but no picture. Online there is no such garbage.
