Hangs in full screen mode (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hangs the Picture in full screen mode and in Windowed without borders. In a window everything is fine. When in settings changing from window to full, then after 2 seconds it freezes the image, cancel the change, or wait 30 sec and when it returns to the window then everything is working again. Same thing in gta5, but there is a window without frames work.
